About

Hi, I’m Rachel

I am a UX/UI designer based in Seattle, WA.

My mission is helping people navigate challenges in their daily lives through empathic, user- centered designs.

My actions and motivations have always been patient-centered while working behind the pharmacy counter as a licensed pharmacist and now I use that same drive to create user-first designs. I have seen first hand the consequence and frustration for patients using poorly executed web designs and use that for inspiration in creating seamless, empathetic designs that improve and support user’s lifestyles.

I have an unique perspective dealing with diverse patient backgrounds that inspires accessibility and inclusivity in my designs. In past experiences where I’ve had to succeed and produce solutions in fast paced environments contribute to my out-of-the-box critical thinking skills in UX/UI design.

In my free time I enjoy being near any body of water either paddleboarding or swimming, expanding my taste buds in the greater Seattle area and catching up on the latest show or movie released on netflix or hulu.

I am always looking to connect to others and expand my horizons as a designer. If you want to learn more about me or think we’d make a good fit, feel free to reach out!
